Privacy statement
This statement explains what Fu5ion does with your personal data on fu5ion.io and in the Fu5ion hub. We keep it short and only collect what we need.
Who we are
Fu5ion is run by SVDM Finance (Chamber of Commerce number on request), the Netherlands. We are the controller for the data described here. You can reach us via a direct message to @fu5ionfx on Instagram.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the date you signed up and the page you signed up from.
- Hub account: your email address, name, a hashed password and your login sessions (date, browser).
- What you put in the hub: trades, notes, journal entries, backtest data and settings. Account numbers are stored masked. Broker passwords are never shown back and are stored encrypted when a connection needs them.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to block abuse (for example too many waitlist sign-ups) and appears in server logs that we delete after 30 days.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The hub uses one session cookie to keep you logged in.
Why we use it
- To tell you when your beta access opens and send launch news about Fu5ion (based on your consent when you join the waitlist).
- To provide the hub you signed up for (based on our agreement with you).
- To keep the service secure (based on our legitimate interest).
Who else sees it
We never sell or share your data for marketing. Our service runs on our own server in the Netherlands. Cloudflare handles the network connection to that server and processes your IP address for that purpose only.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after the public launch, whichever comes first. Hub data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you close it, except backups, which roll over within 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time via a direct message to @fu5ionfx on Instagram. You can also export your hub data yourself. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
