Beta terms of use
These terms apply to the Fu5ion hub during the private beta. Fu5ion is run by SVDM Finance (Chamber of Commerce number on request), the Netherlands.
What Fu5ion is
Fu5ion is educational software for traders: a journal, a replay and backtest tool, an economic calendar and tools to manage your own accounts. Fu5ion does not give investment advice, does not send trading signals and does not manage money for you. Every trading decision is yours.
Beta
The hub is in development. Features can change, break or disappear, and data can be lost. Products marked beta or coming soon are not finished. Test anything that can place orders (Keys, the copier) on a demo account first. The beta is free; we will tell you in advance if that changes.
Your responsibility
- You keep your login details safe and only connect accounts that are yours.
- You check the rules of your broker and prop firm yourself. Some prop firms forbid copying or hedging between accounts; Fu5ion's calculators and scorecards are estimates, not a guarantee that you follow those rules.
- Results in the journal, replay or verdict are based on your own input and past data. They say nothing certain about future results.
Liability
Trading involves risk of loss. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, broken prop-firm rules or lost data, including when caused by an error or outage in Fu5ion.
Your data
Your data stays yours and you can export it. See the privacy statement for how we handle it.
Ending
You can stop using Fu5ion and ask us to delete your account at any time via a direct message to @fu5ionfx on Instagram. We can end your beta access, for example in case of misuse.
Law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
